Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionally

Explain our company formation and PRO services clearly to potential clients

Assist clients with the status of their applications and documentation

Log all client communication in the CRM system

Coordinate internally to ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements:

Prior experience in customer service, call center, or client-facing roles

Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented approach

Basic knowledge of business setup in Qatar is a plus

Good computer and CRM skills
