Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionally

  • Explain our company formation and PRO services clearly to potential clients

  • Assist clients with the status of their applications and documentation

  • Log all client communication in the CRM system

  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service, call center, or client-facing roles

  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

  • Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented approach

  • Basic knowledge of business setup in Qatar is a plus

  • Good computer and CRM skills
